Mehdi Bouasria is a senior leader in treasury and risk solutions with over 15 years of experience in financial technology, spanning capital markets, lending, and regulatory-driven banking solutions. With deep expertise in ALM, CECL, credit risk, and SaaS transformation, Mehdi plays a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-grade risk.​

His career bridges traditional finance and fintech, with extensive experience across the capital markets value chain—from trading and balance sheet optimization to credit portfolio modeling and interest rate risk. Over the past decade, he has led cross-functional initiatives focused on building scalable treasury platforms that balance regulatory compliance, operational risk control, and commercial impact. His dual perspective—combining strategic product leadership and client-facing advisory— enables him to connect business, technology, and market realities.​

In recent years, Mehdi has spearheaded the development of multi-tenant SaaS solutions supporting ALM, FTP, stress testing, and balance sheet analytics. He continues to shape the roadmap for next-generation treasury systems, advocating for a product-led approach that delivers measurable outcomes for mid-sized and regional financial institutions.​

Mehdi holds a Master’s degree in Stochastic Calculus and Macroeconomics, which underpins his analytical rigor and ability to model complex financial systems in a dynamic regulatory environment.​
